How to order your custom hatband

Step 1 — Show us a piece that catches your eye. Screenshot a stone or piece from our Instagram or this page, and upload it in the form. Not sure yet? Tell us who it's for and we'll help you choose.

Step 2 — Fill out the form. We'll be in touch within 48–72 business hours.

Step 3 — Confirm the details. We'll work out the stones, hat size and specifics together, then send an invoice. Payment is due upfront.

Step 4 — We get to work. Once your invoice is paid, your hatband takes about 6–10 weeks to make. We'll send a photo before it ships.

What goes into your custom hatband

A custom hat band finishes a favorite hat with something no one else has. We make ours by hand, with stones we cut ourselves or with real rattlesnake skin, and often both: a rattlesnake band set with hand-cut gem studs. Many of our stones come from our family's collection, gathered over four generations of rockhounding across the West.

Not sure which stone? Most people aren't. Tell us about the hat and the person wearing it, and we'll suggest stones that fit.

Sizing. Small fits hat sizes 6 3/4 to 7, medium fits 7 1/4 to 7 3/8, and large fits 7 1/2 to 8. Need a different size? Tell us in the form.

Matching sets. We can cut a ring or bolo tie from the same stone as your hatband so the pieces match.
